Meet the Founder
Ashley Nicole Williams is the Founder and CEO of Blairstone Strategies, a boutique strategic advisory firm operating at the intersection of execution, influence, and relationship infrastructure. Blairstone partners with founders, CEOs, and organizations navigating moments of growth, transition, or heightened visibility—building durable operational foundations while positioning leadership and initiatives for long-term impact.
Ashley brings more than 15 years of senior-level experience across government, advisory, and external affairs. She has served at the highest levels of the U.S. government, including in senior roles at the White House and the U.S. Department of State. Most recently, she served in the White House as Deputy Assistant to the President, Director of Strategic Outreach, Senior Advisor to the President, and Deputy Director of Oval Office Operations. In these positions, she was a trusted operator supporting high-stakes decision-making, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, and building operational systems at the highest levels of government. Her career has been defined by an ability to translate strategy into execution—quietly, precisely, and effectively.
Through Blairstone, Ashley advises on organizational infrastructure, executive profile management, relationship and coalition building, and strategic initiatives that require discretion, clarity, and momentum. Her work spans public policy, philanthropy, technology, real estate development, and mission-driven enterprises, often serving as the connective tissue between leadership vision and real-world outcomes.
Ashley is known for her calm authority, disciplined approach, and deep understanding of how power, trust, and relationships function within institutions. She works closely with clients as both a strategic counselor and operational partner, ensuring ideas move forward with intention, alignment, and credibility.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, a Master’s in Political Management from The George Washington University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania.
